we post UK royal mail second class for all orders. If you’d like to place an international order, please get in touch for a shipping quote.

do you accept returns?
as our coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.

how long does delivery take?
we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days maximum. UK orders typically arrive within 5 days after dispatch. For international shipping, delivery times vary—contact us for more details.

how should i store my coffee?
For the freshest taste, keep your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing it in the fridge, as moisture can affect the beans.

do you sell only whole beans or can I get ground coffee?
we can grind your coffee to your desired grind, or send whole beans. you can select your grind when you are adding the coffee to your basket, or leave a note at checkout, and we’ll grind it to your preference.

is your coffee freshly roasted?
Yes! We roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness, and each bag is marked with a roast date so you know exactly when it was roasted.
